Egg Dumplings
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
Whip the 2 eggs and 1 tbsp. water with a fork. Add the four, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended. Will form a stiff dough. Drop by tablespoons into boiling water. Boil for 5 to 8 minutes. Drain and top with butter, salt and pepper.
