urine tests
Just received an interesting email and thought I'd share it.
Like
many in this country, I have a job. I work, and I am paid for my work.
I faithfully pay my taxes to the government and they distribute them as
they see fit. In many cases, future employees are required to pass a
random urine test in order to get a job, and this is no problem.
Where the problem begins, is when our tax money is distributed to people who don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test in order to receive an assistance check, because the rest of the population has to pass one to earn it for them. I know most of us have no problem helping people get back on their feet, in fact, that's a good thing. On the other hand, I know many of us have a problem helping someone sit on their butt. Could you imagine how much money the state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get an assistance check? Hmm, what do you think?
